Kale Dip with Hey Planet Crispbread

Do you need a new and easy dip that you can enjoy with your vegetable sticks, chips, or crispbread?

This kale dip is a simple and delicious snack that can also be a new way to incorporate cabbage into your daily diet!

The Official Dietary Guidelines recommend consuming 600 grams of vegetables per day, particularly focusing on the fibrous vegetables.

Cabbage is a fibrous vegetable and contains more than 1,9 grams of dietary fiber per 100 grams. Dietary fiber is beneficial for digestion and contributes to a feeling of fullness.


For 2-4 people


0,5 cucumber

250 g. kale

2 cloves of garlic

15 g. spring onions

10 g. parsley

40 g. fresh spinach

10 g. parmesan cheese

15 g. cashew nuts

1 dl. yogurt

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper



Finely chop the kale and cucumber
Blend garlic, spring onions, parsley, spinach, Parmesan cheese, cashew nuts, yogurt, and olive oil in a food processor or blender until the desired consistency
Toss the blended dressing with your chopped kale and cucumber
Season with salt and pepper

The parmesan can be optionally replaced with nutritional yeast flakes, which also contribute with a cheesy flavour and umami.
