Cabbage is a fibrous vegetable and contains more than 1,9 grams of dietary fiber per 100 grams. Dietary fiber is beneficial for digestion and contributes to a feeling of fullness.
For 2-4 people
Ingredients:
0,5 cucumber
250 g. kale
2 cloves of garlic
15 g. spring onions
10 g. parsley
40 g. fresh spinach
10 g. parmesan cheese
15 g. cashew nuts
1 dl. yogurt
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
Finely chop the kale and cucumberBlend garlic, spring onions, parsley, spinach, Parmesan cheese, cashew nuts, yogurt, and olive oil in a food processor or blender until the desired consistency
Toss the blended dressing with your chopped kale and cucumber
Season with salt and pepper
