Granola with a Hey Planet Bar

Start your day with a crunchy and delicious bowl of homemade granola!
The granola is a delicious topping that can be used on your porridge, smoothie bowl, or yogurt. By making your own granola, you can customize the ingredients to suit your preferences. In our recipe, we have chosen to include one of our own bars, which can provide some extra protein and sweetness from the dates to your breakfast.

 

Ingredients:

75 g. acacia honey
10 g. rapeseed oil
125 g. almonds
125 g. hazelnuts
50 g. sesame seeds
50 g. pumpkin seeds
2 Hey Planet Bars - Salty Peanut

  

Method:

Coarsely chop the nuts, seeds, and protein bar.
 
Mix acacia honey with oil.
 
Fold it into the chopped nut mixture.
 
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted).
 
Spread the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 
Bake the granola for 30 minutes, stirring a few times during the process.
 
Once the granola is done, let it cool completely.

 

Insect protein as well as nuts and seeds provide protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals. It's a good idea to vary the intake of different types of nuts and seeds.
