Shipping Policy

Currently, we offer EU shipping from our Hey Planet webshop. If you live outside of these regions but would like us to deliver to you, please let us know at hey@hey-planet.com – however, we cannot guarantee that we can deliver to you. 

We offer free shipping on all EU orders over 300DKK / €40. 

For deliveries in Denmark you are able to choose between GLS or DAO delivery. For most EU deliveries we ship with GLS with GLS standard rates. All other international shipping is done with PostNord with a flatrate of 140DKK / €18. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any added VAT or taxes that may apply in your country.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from order placement. Final shipping is thus to be expected within 5-7 days from order placement, depending on delivery location. In some countries, delivery time may be longer.

Orders placed during weekends and during public holidays may take longer to arrive.
