Hey Planet Tacos

4 servings


Taco filling
400 g Hey Planet Mince
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 red chili, chopped or 1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
A bit of cinnamon
Salt and pepper
Oil, to fry

Pico de gallo
200 g fresh tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, chopped
A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Lime juice
Salt and pepper

To serve
Softshell corn tortillas
Avocado, sliced
Fresh coriander
Fresh chili
Chopped onions
Pickled red oniona
Sour cream


  1. Make the pico de gallo by mixing onion, coriander and tomato.
  2. Season with sugar, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the rest of the trimmings.
  4. Heat up a pan, and sauté onion, chili and the spices, until the onions are transparent.
  5. Add the meat and fry until golden and cripsy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Heat the tortillas and serve everything together.
