What's better on the go than a slice of pizza? How about these sustainable and easy pizzarolls!
Who doesn't love pizza? We sure do. And with these pizzarolls it's easy, delicious and sustainable! They can be enjoyed cold or re-heated in the oven.
Store bought pizza dough, or you can make your own.
250 g Hey Planet Minced Meat
1.5 spring onion
1 bell pepper
0.5 clove garlic
0.5 bag of spice mix
0.3 cups tomato passata
70 g drained corn
115 g mozzarella
75 g cheddar
Milk for brushing
Cut spring onions and bell pepper into small cubes. Cut garlic finely. Fry it all for 5 minutes.
Fry Hey Planet Minced Meat in the same pan, push veggies to the side.
Add taco spice and tomato puree. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add corn and let the pan cool.
Roll out your pizza dough and add veggies and meat. Top with layer of cheese.
Roll the dough and cut into slices.
Brush with milk and bake for 18-20 minutes in a 200 degree celsius oven.
Enjoy as a snack at home or a tiny meal on the go!
