We've made some delicious recipes for you:
Hey Planet Bao or Noodles
400 gram Hey Planet Mince
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Juice from 1 lime
10 bao buns (2-3 per person)
Alternatively 250 g rice noodles
Chopped spring onion
Chopped fresh cilantro
A handful of chopped peanuts
Cabbage or broccoli if you choose the noodle version
- Prepare the baos or noodles as shown on the package. Prepare all the vegetables.
- Chop the garlic and saute with the chili and meat, until the meat is dark brown. Add the sugar, fish and soy sauce and lime juice.
- If you are serving baos, then place all the trimmings in bowls, so people can make their own baos.
- If you're serving noodles, then add the vegetables and noodles to the pan and fry it for 5-10 minutes more. Add the peanuts and coriander at the end.
