There is nothing better than freshly baked buns on a sunday morning. We have created this recipe for you, so that you can eat delicious protein buns for breakfast, lunch or whatever else without even batting an eye. These are very healthy, since our insect powder is filled with a lot of nutrients.

HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS PROTEIN BUNS
FOR 16 BUNS YOU WILL NEED
- 10 grams of fresh yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 550 ml of water
- 1 kg of flour (we used Meyers Ølands wheatflour mixture)
- Approximately 60 grams of our Insect Powder
First mix the yeast with the lukewarm water. Add flour and insect powder and knead the dough until it’s smooth. Let the dough rest for 12 hours. Split the dough into 16 buns and put them in the oven for 5 minutes on 250 degrees celsius. Then lower the heat to 240 degrees celsius and bake for 12 minutes. Voila! You can now eat your mouth-watering delicious and healthy buns.
