Hey Planet Lasagne

Ingredients
Tomato sauce
500 g Hey Planet Mince
2 big onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
2 carrots, grated
1 squash, grated
1 dl tomato puree
1 can peeled, chopped tomatoes
Vegetable stock (optional)
Salt and pepper
Mornay sauce
25 g butter
4 tbsp flour
5 dl milk
1 handful of quality cheese
Salt and pepper
Grated nutmeg

Instructions
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil, until transparent.
- Add the meat and let it fry until golden and crispy.
- Add all the other ingredients for the tomato sauce.
- Let it simmer for 30 minutes or more. Add stock if necessary.
- Season with salt, pepper and more spices.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour.
- Let it become slightly golden.
- Add the milk in small quantities and whip in between. Let the sauce thicken.
- Add the cheese, and season with nutmeg salt and pepper.
- Put the lasagne together and finish off with the extra cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 40-45 minutes.
