A deliciously, easy lasagna. Perfect as a quick and easy dinner or for a big dinner party with a lovely salad on the side.

Ingredients
For the tomato sauce
500 g Hey Planet Mince
2 big onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
2 carrots, grated
1 squash, grated
1 dl tomato puree
1 can peeled, chopped tomatoes
Vegetable stock (optional)
Salt and pepper
For the Mornay sauce
25 g butter
4 tbsp flour
5 dl milk
1 handful of quality cheese
Salt and pepper
Grated nutmeg

Method
Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil, until transparent. Add the meat and let it fry until golden and crispy.
Add all the other ingredients for the tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 30 minutes or more. Add stock if necessary. Season with salt, pepper and more spices.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Let it become slightly golden.
Add the milk in small quantities and whip in between. Let the sauce thicken.
Add the cheese, and season with nutmeg salt and pepper.
Put the lasagne together and finish off with the extra cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 40-45 minutes.
