100 g Hey Planet Mince per patty
Salt, pepper and chopped garlic cloves
Vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper
Pickled red onions
Butter, to fry
- Slice the cabbage finely and mix it with a bit of vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Slice the apples.
- Mix the Hey Planet Mince with salt, pepper and a half garlic per patty.
- Shape the meat into patties and fry them in butter, until they’re golden brown.
- Heat the buns in the oven and put together your burgers with mustard, mayonnaise, cabbage, red onion, salad, apple slices and patties.
- Serve with french fries and Chrtistmas beer.
