We've made some delicious recipes for your - this one's perfect for a traditional Danish Christmas lunch:

Hey Planet Meatballs

Approximately 10 pieces

500 g Hey Planet Mince
1 tsp salt
1 egg
0,5 dl milk
1 onion
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp flour
Butter, to fry


  1. Grate the onion.
  2. Combine all the ingredients until you have a soft mixture.
  3. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Wet your hand with water and shape meatballs with the help of a tablespoon.
  5. Fry the meatballs in butter, until they’re dark golden.
  6. Serve with potatoes and cabbage or rye bread and pickled cucumber.
